Pinnacle are specialists in HVAC ductwork, fabricating high quality sheet metal ductwork to DW144 standards which is the specific requirement for the manufacture and installation of sheet metal ductwork used in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. DW144 covers sheet metal ducting for rectangular and circular ductwork made from galvanised steel, stainless steel or aluminium.
The standard defines the minimum material thickness, jointing methods, and manufacturing tolerances required for ductwork re intended to ensure that the ductwork is safe, durable, and capable of providing the required level of performance for its intended use. The standard covers a range of ductwork applications, from low-pressure ventilation systems to high-pressure air conditioning systems
