DESIGN & FABRICATION
BESPOKE DUCTING AND ANCILLARIES
Portable Centres offer a range of compact and easy to set up repair centres including body repairs, glass, tyres and MOT’s for high footfall areas such as supermarkets, retail parks and airports for same day automotive repairs.
We worked with Portable centres to design the ducting systems required for the range of portable centres, each with varying requirements depending on the levels of air handling/ventilation required.
We fabricated all of the ducting and ancillary items such as filter housing and shelving across the range of different portable centre designs.
LARGE BATCH PRODUCTION
RESIDENTIAL DUCT FOR HIGH AIRFLOW SYSTEMS
We supplied metal 300 x 100mm ductwork for 800 dwellings at a new build development in Acton London where MVHR Heat Recovery system were being installed.
Due to overheating, higher airflow rates needed to be achieved, however ceiling voids were restricted. The 300 x 100mm ducting (not available in plastic) was the perfect solution to meet performance and installation requirements.
DESIGN & FABRICATION
BESPOKE ACOUSTIC ENCLOUSRE
For this project, we were asked to design and maufacture an acoustic casing/surround for an external generator/plant room that was in close proximity to working offices We designed the casing in parts which was simply put together onsite.
BESPOKE METAL FABRICATION
DESIGNGER WATER FEATURE
For this client we were commissioned to create a stainless teel surround for a designer water feature at a private home in London.
We worked with the client to design a simple and aestheitcally pleasing surround housing which could be easily assembled onsite – a gorgeous finished product!
